"Casey was amazing! I had this nightmare situation occur with my HVAC and paid someone too much money on Monday to “fix it” and it was not fixed. I ended up going into Starbucks where I saw him, and stopped him. Yes, a random engagement (all because I saw his company logo CTC HVAC). He was very polite and answered my question. Thereafter, I called the same night and they fit me in for Wednesday. Well, would you know, he came out and provide amazing service, fixed the issue, and helped me navigate the next steps. I appreciate a great family-owned business and highly recommend CTC HVAC."
